Fresh quality goods at the Premium Japanese Farmers Market

You know what they say; East or West, home is best. Well, that is if your home is in the East side of Singapore, that is (all opinions belong to the writer). But setting the East or West debate aside, there is another reason to celebrate staying in the East, which is the newly opened Premium Japan Farmer’s Market at Changi Airport!

Located at the Departure gallery in Terminal 3, the Farmers Market aims to provide discerning customers with a wide range of fresh imported goods and produce from Japan. This includes freshly harvested fruits and vegetables, meat cuts, as well as the not-so-usual sake selections on their shelves. Check out the delectable Saga beef meat cuts, obtained from the farms of Saga Prefecture!

Also, don’t forget to stop by their Bento counter; where you can do a mix-and match to customise the side dishes for your bento meal too. While the meal sets may go for $5 to $7 a pop, the freshness of the ingredients is definitely worth it!

Much thanks to ADiRECT Singapore and Zen-Noh International for setting up this awesome initiative right here in Singapore. We guess we’ll be stopping by often for fresh ingredients when the Laughing Samurai gets his culinary inspirations!
